Three targets at once

Last weekend visitors to Flanders Expo could once again hit three targets at once. The combination of the ‘Fiets en Wandelbeurs’, Mount Expo and E-bike Challenge proved successful yet again. About 15,528 people visited the three Fairs to gain inspiration for an active holiday or to test ride an (electric) bicycle. Noteworthy: many families with children found their way to the event.

Hicle Outdoor is the combination of the Fiets en Wandelbeurs (the place to be for those looking for an active holiday), Mount Expo (the Fair to visit for those who are crazy about mountains) and E-Bike Challenge (the Fair for those who want to succumb to the temptation to buy an electric bicycle). The combination once again proved to be a bonus and the many hiking, cycling and climbing tales were lapped up gratefully. As well as many lectures, Theme Country Switzerland also presented a 'Grand Tour' through the Fairs.

A new development was the comprehensive attention for hiking and cycling with children. While Mum and Dad were asking all their questions about suitable routes, bicycle trails or child carriers, konden young children could have fun in a play corner, on a climbing wall or on a children’s bicycle track.
